Yes. There is a minimum order quantity of 5 full cartons per delivery. We request customers to try and keep items to their carton quantities where possible. We also expect our direct customer to repeat orders with us on a regular basis. (20 cartons per month)

Once you are registered with us and your account has been approved, you will be able to browse and order from our full product range.

Add items you wish to purchase to your basket. We specify minimum order quantities, but we request customers to try and order each item in its carton quantity. Once you have filled your basket, submit your basket to us for approval. We will check your order, make any necessary amendments, and get back to you with a final quotation.

If you need to make changes to an order, please contact us immediately via phone. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been confirmed.

Shipping charges will be shown on any quotation you receive from us. This will vary with each order depending on the volume of goods purchased. Please check your quotation for more information.

Depending on your shipping address, most orders which are confirmed within the UK will be sent via courier on a next business day basis. Orders making up pallet quantities may be delivered between 1-2 business days. Customers in Ireland and Europe should check their tracking information regularly, as deliveries will be subject to customs clearance.

Confirmed orders will be dispatched on the same day, provided confirmation is given before 13:00.

We only accept payment via bank transfer. Upon approval of your order, we will provide you with our bank account information. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment over the phone, or by card. Orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of payment, except for customers on a credit account with us.

Once you have become an existing customer, we can re-evaluate your account with us based on your references, sales volume, order frequency etc. and discuss opening a credit account with longer payment terms. Please call us to find out more.

Due to the nature of our business, we can only supply wholesalers and customers ordering in large volumes directly. If you cannot meet our quantity requirements, we can direct you to one of our trusted wholesalers through whom you can purchase our products in smaller quantities as you require.
