Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information

We offer free next day delivery to most of England, Scotland and Wales (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands) if an order is confirmed before 1pm (UK local time) for existing customers. If an order is confirmed after 1pm (UK local time) it may not be dispatched on the same day. Timed deliveries will incur a surcharge.

Please note that there is a minimum order quantity of 5 cartons per delivery, with the minimum quantity per item being its carton quantity.

Our free next day delivery service is subject to our couriers running correctly and can be subject to change if they are experiencing problems. This can sometimes be beyond our control and we apologise in advance if these cases do occur. When items do not meet an agreed delivery time, we will do our utmost to resolve the issue and will be in contact with you and our delivery couriers to hasten this process.

Many of the couriers we use offer services that will notify you directly as to the status of your delivery and can offer tracking. We will attempt to arrange this service upon registration with use of the email and phone contact details you provide us. If you would like this service to be used with different contact details, please inform us.

Exporting outside of the UK

We also deliver outside of the UK. If you are an international customer, please register your details with us here, and we will contact you to discuss delivery options. Please refer to clauses 4 & 5 in our terms and conditions.

 

Returns

We have taken every effort to ensure all of our goods maintain the highest standard of quality. If there is a case, however, where a product contains a defect or is damaged upon delivery, please inform us immediately in writing by email. We will do our utmost to assist you and returns can be arranged in line with our returns policy (clause 6 in our terms and conditions).

Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding return of goods and we will be happy to assist you further. Please note we cannot accept returns that do not meet our policy outlined in clause 6 in our terms and conditions.
